# Can I transfer my mobile app OSCE guide subscription between iOS and Android?

Unfortunately, Google and Apple use separate payment systems, which means OSCE guide subscriptions can’t be transferred between platforms.

## Moving from Android to iOS

If you're switching from Android to iOS, the only option is to cancel your Android subscription and re-subscribe via the iOS app.

If you’d like to request a refund for your Android subscription:

* Please email **support@geekymedics.com**
* Include the **email address associated with your Google Play account**

We’ll cancel your subscription and issue a refund.
