# How do I request a refund?

### Products & subscriptions purchased on app.geekymedics.com

If you purchased your product or subscription directly on [app.geekymedics.com](https://app.geekymedics.com) and would like to request a refund, please email **support@geekymedics.com**.

### Mobile app subscriptions (iOS/Android)

###### iOS / Apple

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store must be requested directly from Apple:

1. [Cancel your iOS subscription](https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202039)
2. [Request a refund from Apple](https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084)

We are unable to process refunds for iOS purchases ourselves.

###### Android / Google Play

If you purchased via the Google Play Store, please email **support@geekymedics.com** to request a refund.

As with web purchases, please include the **email address associated with your Google account or subscription** so we can locate your purchase quickly.
