# I can't access OSCE guides on the website

If you've purchased access to our OSCE guides via the **Apple App Store** or **Google Play Store**, you won’t automatically have access to the OSCE guides on [app.geekymedics.com](https://app.geekymedics.com).

This is because purchases made through the app stores are processed by Apple or Google directly - they’re not linked to your Geeky Medics account by default.

### What to do

If you've bought OSCE guide access through a mobile app and want to access it on app.geekymedics.com:

1. Send us a message using the chat function or email **support@geekymedics.com**
2. Include a screenshot of your purchase receipt and the email address linked to your Geeky Medics account

Once we receive your details, we’ll manually activate web access for you - usually within **24 hours**.
