# Introduction to our question platform

The Geeky Medics question platform lets you **create**, **share** and **complete** quizzes - whether for personal study, peer learning or exam preparation. It also hosts our **question banks**.

This article explains how the platform works and what’s available for free.

## Accessing the question platform

Create a free account at [app.geekymedics.com](https://app.geekymedics.com), then click **Questions** in the sidebar - or go straight to [app.geekymedics.com/questions/](https://app.geekymedics.com/questions/).

## What can I do for free?

With a free account, you can:

* Practise our **50,000+ free questions**, all with detailed explanations
* Create your own quizzes using free-text or multiple choice questions
* Add explanations, images and tables to your questions
* Share quizzes with others
* Join the discussion in the comments under each question
