Can I transfer my mobile app OSCE guide subscription between iOS and Android?

Unfortunately, Google and Apple use separate payment systems, which means OSCE guide subscriptions can’t be transferred between platforms.

Moving from Android to iOS

If you're switching from Android to iOS, the only option is to cancel your Android subscription and re-subscribe via the iOS app.

If you’d like to request a refund for your Android subscription:

Please email support@geekymedics.com
Include the email address associated with your Google Play account

We’ll cancel your subscription and issue a refund.

Moving from iOS to Android

If you're switching from iOS to Android, you’ll need to:

Cancel your iOS subscription
Request a refund from Apple
Re-subscribe through the Android app

We’re unable to cancel iOS subscriptions or issue refunds directly, as these are fully managed by Apple. However, in our experience, Apple typically processes refund requests within a few days.
