How do I set up group practice mode for SCA cases and circuits?

Group Practice Mode allows you to practise SCA cases with others, either in person or remotely. It is available for every case in our SCA case bank.

Group Practice Mode is not compatible with virtual patients or virtual examiners.

You’ll need at least two people to use Group Practice Mode: one candidate and one examiner (who can also act as the patient).

How to set up Group Practice Mode for a single SCA case

Navigate to the SCA case you want to practise
Click the Group practice button
Share the PIN with your study partners (they can join via the Join Group Practice option in the SCA cases menu), or ask them to scan the QR code
Assign roles (candidate, examiner, patient, or observer) using the dropdown menu
Click Start group practice
Everyone will be redirected to the appropriate view - for example, the candidate sees candidate instructions, the patient sees the patient script, etc.
If practising remotely, make sure to join the audio channel so you can hear each other
