How do I cancel my subscription?

Geeky Medics subscriptions (via app.geekymedics.com)

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Account Settings page.

Once cancelled, you'll retain access to the relevant products until the end of your current subscription period - you won’t be charged again unless you resubscribe.

Many of our individual products are one-time purchases that expire after 12 months and do not auto-renew. In these cases, there is no subscription to cancel.

Apple or Android mobile subscriptions

If you subscribed via the Geeky Medics mobile app, you’ll need to cancel the subscription through the relevant app store:

Cancel on iPhone or iPad (Apple Support)
Cancel on Android (Google Play Support)

We’re not able to cancel mobile subscriptions on your behalf, as these are managed directly by Apple or Google.
