How do I change my password?

You can change your password from the Security tab of your Settings page on app.geekymedics.com. Click Change password to get started.

Forgotten your password and can't log in?

No problem. You can reset it using the password recovery page.

After submitting your email address, you'll receive a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within 2 minutes, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Can I add two-factor authentication?

Yes. On the same Security tab, click Manage 2FA to add an extra layer of security to your account.
