The CAPTCHA isn’t loading and I can’t log in
Our login, registration and password reset forms are protected by a Cloudflare security check. Most of the time it runs invisibly when you press the button - there’s no box to tick, and you won’t see anything at all.
If something blocks that check, you’ll see this message instead:
Occasionally Cloudflare will ask you to complete a short challenge. If that happens, we’ll show a prompt saying ‘Complete the verification challenge to continue’ and take you straight to it. Complete it and your form will submit as normal.
Steps that usually fix it
- Reload the page and try again
The check can time out on a slow connection. Reloading gives it a fresh attempt and clears most one-off failures.
- Disable any VPN or proxy service
VPNs can trigger extra security checks or block the verification altogether. Turn off your VPN or proxy, then reload the page.
- Temporarily disable browser extensions
Extensions that block scripts, ads or trackers can stop the check from running. Try disabling these temporarily and reload the page.
- Try a different browser or private browsing mode
Sometimes your usual browser settings or cache can cause issues. Try using:
- A different browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Incognito or Private browsing mode
- Try a different internet connection
We’ve seen a few cases where university or hospital networks block Cloudflare’s security checks. If possible, try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data.
