How do I create a quiz using AI?

You can use our built-in AI assistant to help create personal quizzes.

Generating a personal quiz

Click Create in the sidebar, choose Create a quiz, then Generate with AI - or go straight to the quiz generator
Under Tell us about your quiz, describe the topic(s) you’d like it to cover
Choose the number of questions to generate - 10, 20 or 30
Optional: upload a PDF to guide the content (maximum file size 10MB)
Click Generate quiz

The form shows your total cost in AI credits as you change the options, so you can see what you’ll be charged before you commit.

Your quiz is saved to your personal quizzes, so you can retake it whenever you like.

How much does it cost?

Generating a quiz	1 AI credit per 10 questions
Uploading a PDF	2 extra AI credits

So a 30-question quiz costs 3 credits, or 5 credits if you upload a PDF alongside it.

There’s no free allowance for quiz generation, and PDF upload is unavailable if your credit balance is zero. You can top up at any time on the AI credits page - new credits are added instantly, and our plans include some to get you started.
