The CAPTCHA isn’t loading and I can’t log in

If the CAPTCHA box isn’t appearing when you try to log in, it usually means something is blocking it from loading properly.

We use Cloudflare to protect our site, and if the CAPTCHA doesn’t load, you won’t be able to sign in.

Here are some steps that usually fix the issue:

Disable any VPN or proxy service

VPNs can sometimes trigger extra security checks or block the CAPTCHA from showing altogether. Try turning off your VPN or proxy and then refresh the page.

Temporarily disable browser extensions

Some browser extensions, particularly ones that block scripts or trackers can stop the CAPTCHA from loading. Try disabling these temporarily and refresh the page.

Try a different browser or private browsing mode

Sometimes, your usual browser settings or cache can cause issues. Try using:

A different browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
Incognito or Private browsing mode

Try a different internet connection

We’ve seen a few cases where university or hospital networks block Cloudflare CAPTCHAs. If possible, try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data.
