Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account yourself from your Settings page on app.geekymedics.com.

Open the Account tab
Scroll down to Danger zone
Click Delete account and confirm

Please note: ⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All of your data, including saved quizzes, OSCE stations and progress, will be deleted.

What if I also have a SimChat account?

If your email address is linked to a SimChat account as well, you’ll be asked to choose what to delete:

Delete my Geeky Medics account only - keeps your SimChat account and organisation memberships intact
Delete everything - removes both your Geeky Medics and SimChat accounts

Training records held by your SimChat organisations stay with them, as they remain the data controller for that data.
