How to request a refund for a mobile app subscription

The way in which you request a refund differs depending on if you’re using Android or iOS:
Android: Please send us the email address associated with the Google Play account that purchased the subscription
iOS: You’ll need to request the refund from Apple directly as they control the entire payment process. Follow Apple's steps here. Apple typically issues refunds within 48 hours.
