How do I cancel my subscription?

Geeky Medics subscriptions (via app.geekymedics.com)

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing tab of your Settings page.

Once cancelled, you'll retain access to the relevant products until the end of your current subscription period - you won’t be charged again unless you resubscribe.

||| Many of our individual products are one-time purchases that expire after 12 months and do not auto-renew. In these cases, there is no subscription to cancel.

Apple or Android mobile subscriptions

If you subscribed via the Geeky Medics mobile app, you’ll need to cancel the subscription through the relevant app store:

We’re not able to cancel mobile subscriptions on your behalf, as these are managed directly by Apple or Google.

These features are designed to offer a more realistic, immersive learning experience - especially when practising with our virtual patients, examiners, and AI-enhanced tools.

What do AI credits unlock?

AI credits are required for the following features:

Audio consultations - real-time spoken conversations with a virtual patient
Video consultations - face-to-face consultations with an on-screen video avatar
AI examiner feedback - if you don’t have an OSCE Stations subscription
OSCE station generation - once your free generations are used up
AI tutor - once your free messages are used up
AI flashcard generation - based on the number of flashcards you generate
AI quiz generation - based on the number of questions you generate

To get started, create a free account at app.geekymedics.com.

Once logged in, open OSCE stations & virtual patients in the sidebar and choose OSCE stations, or go straight to https://app.geekymedics.com/osce-stations/

Which features are free?

All users, including free accounts, have access to:

The OSCE Station Creator, allowing you to write your own OSCE stations
The ability to create AI-powered virtual patients for your own stations (text consultations are free; audio and video use AI credits)
Access to around 50 pre-made OSCE stations
Group Practice Mode to practise stations with others
Unlimited circuits and solo practice sessions using your own or shared stations
