How do I redeem a free access code?
If you’ve been given a free access code (for example, as a prize or through your university) you can use it to unlock access to one of our premium products.
How to redeem your access code
- Log in to app.geekymedics.com. If you don’t have an account yet, register here
- Once logged in, go to this page: 👉 https://app.geekymedics.com/purchase/institutional-access/
- Enter your access code in the box
- Click Redeem code
Your account will then be granted access to the relevant product, and you’ll be taken straight to your new content.
What if I was sent a link instead?
Some codes are shared as a direct link. Clicking it redeems the code for you - there’s nothing else to do. If you’re not logged in, you’ll be asked to log in or register first, and the code is then applied automatically.
How long does my access last?
That depends on the code. Most grant access for a year from the day you redeem it, but some are set to a different period. A code may also grant AI credits alongside the product access.
My code isn’t working
Message | What it means |

This code has reached its maximum number of uses | Every place on the code has already been claimed |
This code is not yet valid | Access hasn’t started yet - check the start date you were given |
This code has expired | The redemption window has closed |
Each code can only be redeemed once per account. If you’ve already used yours, you’ll simply be taken to your content rather than seeing an error.
