I can't hear the Virtual Patient speaking
If you've already purchased AI credits and turned on the 'Patient voice' toggle but still can't hear the Virtual Patient speaking, it may be due to your browser's settings.
Open Chrome
Click the padlock in the address bar
Click Site Settings
Find the Sound option
Change from Automatic (default) to Allow
Close the tab
Click Reload
Open up a Safari window.
Select Safari and then 'Preferences' in the top left corner of your screen.
Click on the 'Websites' tab and select 'Auto-Play' from the list on the left-hand side.
From the drop-down list, select 'Allow All Auto-Play'.
This will allow all audio on our website to play automatically.
