How do I report an issue with a virtual patient or examiner?

We’re continually working to improve the realism and reliability of our virtual patients and AI examiners.

If you experience a problem during a consultation, such as an incorrect response, unrealistic dialogue, or poor-quality feedback, please let us know by using the Suggest improvement button.

You’ll find this button within the station interface when interacting with a virtual patient or using the AI examiner
Use the text box provided to briefly describe the issue you experienced
Your report will be reviewed by our team - we regularly use this feedback to improve future interactions

Please note: If you require technical support (e.g. the station won’t load, voice isn't working, or you see an error message), do not use the feedback form. Instead, contact us using the chat button in the bottom right corner of the screen or email support@geekymedics.com.
