How do I report an issue with a virtual patient or examiner?
We’re continually working to improve the realism and reliability of our virtual patients and AI examiners.
If you experience a problem during a consultation, such as an incorrect response, unrealistic dialogue, or poor-quality feedback, please let us know by using the Suggest improvement button.
- You’ll find this button within the station interface when interacting with a virtual patient or using the AI examiner
- Use the text box provided to briefly describe the issue you experienced
- Your report will be reviewed by our team - we regularly use this feedback to improve future interactions
