How do I access the Virtual Patients (AI patients)?
AI-powered virtual patients are available for many of our pre-made OSCE stations, and you can also create your own. AI credits unlock access to advanced features powered by our highest-fidelity AI models. These features are designed to offer a more realistic, immersive learning experience - especially when practising with our virtual patients, examiners, and AI-enhanced tools. The Virtual Patient voice feature is only available if you have purchased AI credits. Even if you have an OSCE Stations subscription, the Virtual Patient will reply using typed responses only unless you also have AI credits. Why isn’t voice included with OSCE Stations? Yes - our Virtual Patients support multiple languages. To change the language used during a consultation with our virtual patients, click the globe icon in the chatbox. Click on any session to open a detailed view.
